Incorrect OneGuide channel numbers - Reporting via Xbox One Settings has done nothing to help.

Is there here that can help to get the channel listings for Charter Communications in 38501 service area corrected? This has been an issue since October 2014. Some channels have moved and some were added. OneGuide has been USELESS for anyone in my area
for the last 6 months and to me that is just rediculous.

Please do not suggest to send feedback via TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem. I've taken the time to fill out a full report of wrong channels twice and nothing has been done.

Incorrect channel numbers on OneGuide - Freeview London using USB receiver

it's weird i did a retune today and the receiver is picking up the correct channel numbers on the tune stage but oneguide is still reporting incorrect so the problem is not with the TV tuner and its settings it's actually with the oneguide software and/or
the information its receiving.....someone needs to look into this!

Anyone else had any luck reporting an incorrect OneGuide channel listing via the Xbox One OneGuide troubleshooting option?

FXXHD on Time Warner HD got my attention ever since the "Every Simpsons Ever" marathon, but OneGuide insists that FXXHD should be on channel 144 (which doesn't exist) instead of 109 (which isn't an option). I reported it twice via the correct method in the
Xbox One console, and subsequently cleared OneGuide data and refreshed weeks later, but no joy. I have a case open with Microsoft Support, but they also suggested I post to a forum to see if anyone else is having the same issue. I've been working around by
simply ignoring OneGuide and using the cable box remote.

Anyone else having an issue with an incorrect channel listing in OneGuide or reporting it via the Xbox One console? Anyone found a way of getting an incorrect OneGuide channel successfully reported and fixed?

Have you tried resetting your OneGuide settings yet? Seen that fix this kind of issue for other folks before.

The best way to report the incorrect channels in the OneGuide troubleshooting section in your Xbox One settings.

Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.
Select 'Troubleshooting'.
From here select 'Report a OneGuide problem' and select 'Wrong channel'.

This will report the error directly to the proper folks.

I think the problem with reporting the "wrong number" for a channel number through "OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide Problem" is that the lineup doesn't get reviewed because the number reported for the channel actually is correct
in the guide! For example, when I report that ESPN is a "wrong number" and should be on 850, well....it does show on 850 in OneGuide. So I'm assuming this doesn't trigger a full lineup review. The problem is that OneGuide ALSO shows it on 252 (here in Richmond).
252 is now defunct and doesn't exist as a channel via Comcast. So when we say "XBOX watch ESPN" it seems like it must internally grab the lowest channel number it can find for that HD channel and then try to change the cable box channel number to that.

So reporting a wrong channel number by giving an example doesn't seem to really work because the one we give is correct and already in the guide. The problem is that there is an "extra" channel number in the guide for a channel like ESPN and it's the extra
channel that is wrong--it shouldn't exist as any channel, period. There's no way to report this fallacy through the interface.
