Incorrect minus figures vbucks

We have not asked for any refunds. I am trying to get someone to show me a screenshot of what has happened and where the minus figure has come from. I am not spending £30 to put him back in credit when there was enough on the account and he was in credit.

With the account that bought the Vbucks credits, go to
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if the original purchase for V-Bucks went through, or if there are issues with the purchase of the V-Bucks credit.

If the V-Bucks were refunded on Microsoft's end, then you will have to talk to Microsoft support, and point them to the order that shows issues.

If the payment for V-Bucks shows as completed on the Microsoft orders page, you will have to talk to Epic Games support, and explain them, that on Microsoft's end the order was completed successfully.

You might also have to
check the transactions on the Epic website after signing in with the account of your son if there is a problem in the purchase history.

I have contacted them several times and each time keep getting told to contact Xbox. I'm just going round and round in circles. There were only two purchases which had my son in credit. He didn't play for a while and came back to the game in minus figures.
I don't know if his account was hacked. Is there a way I can see the gaming / coding history and work out how it got in to minus figures please?

Xbox amd Epic games are two separate companies and Xbox does not regulate vbucks for Fortnite. I suggest to reach out to Epic Games and email them your situation, as well as provide any infirmation regarding any payments for vbucks in the past. They will

I don’t personally play fortnite, but from what i’ve read minus credit is because of owed money/debt.

Also to clear up any confusion and to confirm, this is an issue you’ll need to contact epic games about, as this is an in game issue so microsoft won’t be able to help.
