Incorrect deposit and credits still pending.

I had 15,500 reward credits ready to be converted to points on the 30th may, which should have converted into £15.50...

However, i received just £8.40 and have 5000 credits still in my reward account.

My total will be incorrect even if i do get the pending 5000 credits before you end the program.

It was hard enough trying the website everyday to wait for the digital currency to be in stock, i still don`t understand how its even possible for that, but to not get the money after that is very irritating.

The Credits are still pending in your account. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the
31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 6th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since your last survey Credits were on January 2nd, they were not included in your deposit as they had not been processed. You can still see these
Credits pending on your MyStatement.

 

Per the program's FAQ, 1,000 credits is equal to £.80. So 15,500 credits would be £12.40.

Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got those 5,000 credits in the 2nd half of the month, they'll be deposited in June.

 

Anytime i have had 5000 credits, i am pretty sure i have received £5, i am guessing that has changed.
