    I purchased Battlefield 4 Premium code for £40.00 but when code was redeemed I was only credited with £34.00. The retailer refused to deal and referred blame to Microsoft. Please advise a way forward.

    Hopefully the remaining Microsoft points that people have will be converted to local currency, or else that would be a huge waste. I found an FAQ on this, hopefully the information is true.

    Those credit you added were not right amount which I why is ask for to be corrected. Also you said you won't offer 100-1500,00 credits because you can't do that for reasons even those you did before and its incorrect amount why I'm asking. So what rewards
    credit amount can you offer to fix your error.

    You can purchase various amounts either through their account with a credit card/paypal (not recommended as they'll have access to it so long as they have gold) or by purchasing card amounts from your local retailer (ie. gamestop/EB Games/Walmart/etc) and
    redeeming the code on their account (much safer and cost effective).

    Another way you can do it is to buy a code for Xbox in the form of a gift card. Amazon sells them online, or you can get physical cards with a code at stores like GameStop, Target, Best Buy, Walmart etc. You can get gift cards for Xbox in various amounts,
    like $5, $10, $25 or $50. I would figure out the total amount you want to give him for all the games you want to purchase, and then give him a gift card for Credit for that amount. You can get a digital code that he can redeem on his Xbox and will put credit
    in his account so he can buy games from online sources like Amazon, or you can get physical cards with a code that he can redeem on his Xbox from retail stores. This is an option though, so you can just gift him Xbox credit at Christmas time.
