    Incorrect alphabetizing in Movies and TV


    Can we please get the alphabetizing of items fixed across the board. It has been years since the fixed how to alphabetize for games but it was never fixed for movies and tv. It takes too long to find a movie when sometimes it includes “the” in the title alphabetically and sometimes it does not. This inclusions changes by the day. I can find movies from the same series that includes “the” in the title but the movies are in different spots. Karate Kid is in two spots. Some include “the” in the title and others do not. Same thing happens in every other series in the app.

    This is something that should have been fixed at the same time as the game library change. It has been years since that change and it should be implemented across the system in everything.

    I haven't found a way to sort the movies alphabetically. Amazon's app on Xbox One is not as good as on other platforms.

    I am hardwired into my own network (with several drives). Each drive has a separate group of movies... One is movies A-H, another I-Z, another is TV shows, another animation, multi part movies (like LOTR, James Bond, etc.) WD organizes them well enough for
    me as they are all alphabetized. I have .mkv, .mp4, and several other types, but most are .iso raw. That is why I like the WD, it plays nearly anything you throw at it.

    I've not yet found any way to sort the movies alphabetically although you could double check the in app settings. If there is nothing there then you would need to contact Amazon Prime to see about getting the feature added to the app.
