I purchased Xbox one X console yesterday. A redeem code coupon for 1 month free gamepass was included. I tried to redeem, but the code was expired. I want you to provide new gamepass code. My console SN is 101250174517. And the included code is X4JCY-GQ3R3-PYY6F-P2TVH-D3JQZ.

Hey Cheesyslug! XCosmo BOLTz is correct that the error code you're seeing generally means the codes have expired. do you know if an expiration date was included when you received the codes? Post back and let us know!

you can try to contact support at support.xbox.com , but I'm not sure you'll be able to get a new code. Sorry for that!

Firstly, please edit your post, to not include sensitive information, such as your console number, or any redeemable codes. Anyone can access these forums, and can use that data to malicious ends, if they wanted, or use any redeemable codes, therefore voiding
your query.

In regards to your question, my best advice would be to sign into your Microsoft account that you tried to redeem the code on, and look in your subscriptions: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you don't see an expiration date for your Game Pass subscription, please contact Xbox Support over the phone, by choosing the appropriate category for your query, and selecting the contact option that suits you: Contact Us | Xbox Support

From there, someone from our team can check your account on a higher level and advise what to do next. We Ambassadors can only offer advice, and do not have access to customers' accounts for security reasons.

Unfortunately if the code included an expiration date and it's now expired, we aren't able to provide you with a new code. For future codes, make sure to check sure to redeem as soon as possible to avoid it's expiration.
