If you completed the Flawless Raider achievement in Destiny and it didn't pop for you try pressing the start button while in the game and scroll to the right until you see the option to change gamertag. Select that option and choose yourself again. When
the game reloads it should pop for you.

That's a good point but if he joined the game late then it would have marked a death in the raid and no one would have gotten the achievement.

Also, did you join the game late? With the flawless raider, you need to be in the game from the very beginning. Which I learnt the hard way
