Inacurate sales dates

I was about to purchase dead space and dead space 3 with my xbox live gold subscription , only to find out that the sale was over , but when I checked the sales date 2 days before it showed until this coming Saturday. This I think is highly unfair and should
be addressed. Why does Microsoft cut the sales so short ? Many of Sony's titles remain up for grabs for at least 2 weeks. I would like to request a resale of these titles so that I may finish my purchase. Also I would like to address the bad xbox support chat line
. On some days it never works. I love my xbox so please don't make me convert.

2 Months for 2 Dollars deal expired? Customer service was useless.

This IS a sale in real life.

There was no expiration date, the expiration date was not when one would expect (monthly, like other sales), and customer service is incapable of answering even the simplest questions.
