    I explain many times that the system is broken the reward credits were not converted and the VIP and many ways to get reward were broken. At this point you should add 50,000 credits those credits will fill the missing ones that weren't covers and the value
    of the content that should have been done before. As i am tired to keep explain to reward8 only for you to say excuses to do no fix the problem. I say it again you must offer reward credits now to fix you mistake.

    since we see these funds currently pending in your Microsoft Account, and see that you have actually spent some already, we do not see any issue with your account.

    Until Microsoft officially clarifies their policies, anything said at an interview after the reveal should be considered inaccurate.
