Inaccurate Enforcement

Thanks again for the reply but also unfortunate is that even for more serious suspensions where you can appeal for case review, the enforcement team just sends automated responses. At no point do you feel like you're communicating with a person. It's extremely frustrating to be told you were suspended for something that you know you did not do and are given no evidence other than "we deleted it and it's upheld because you totally did it". It's so broken that the enforcement site said they gave a 14 days comms ban but was actually a total account lockout that said permaban when trying to login on xbox including not being unable to use your gift card balance. They can just lock me out of $100s of dollars potemtially and my entire game library for something I never did.

As someone who is very active in the Xbox community that is not edgy and doesn't use foul language/hate speech, it makes me want to move on to another platform. I understand you're just a fellow user but at least thanks for letting me vent a little bit of my frustrations.

Also, I know that some people like to always take the side of the system and believe the Enforcement team is totally legit but please sit this one out if you're reading this and have that opinion. Xbox Enforcement is broken. I'm sure they have a lot on their plate because it can be very toxic on xbox but we deserve better and to not be victims of extremely unfair enforcement.

Despite what is said by people in some of the comments I've read, I believe the enforcement team is at least somewhat automated and I'm not 100% positive it won't result in an permaban eventually. I know of similar instances where people were 14 day banned without any evidence of what they did and are 100% not edgy or offenders of what was claimed. It's a broken system but I know tje ambassadors like to assure everyone that it's not. Again, I appreciate the the response. Thank you

I saw an user here on the forum this week with the same "issue" as you. He got more than 7 or 8 enforcement actions for gamerpics in the last weeks.

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or not, but unfortunately only the enforcement team handle suspensions. Xbox customer support doesn't have details about enforcement actions.

So your only option is to try to request case reviews about your suspensions - not sure if gamerpic suspensions are eligible though. To learn how to submit a case review, please refer to:

But I don't think you will be permanent banned just because of gamerpic suspensions if you have a clean record about other suspensions.

The kid or people just abusing the automatic enforcement bot. People do that all the time on facebook. If someone really doesn't like you. They could have tons of people click fake profile. Then what happens after you get account locked and have to prove your that person. Then it's a guessing game if facebook bot thinks your id is real or not.

We players do not have direct access to contact the enforcement team - only when we submit a case review - so it gets impossible to talk with them about specific issues, like the mass report people are doing to you.

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee anything since I do not work for Xbox and have no access to the enforcement team too - just like everyone here in the community - but just to be safe, I would suggest you to use one of the default gamerpics.

I know it is not the advise you wanted to receive here, but it will keep you on the safe line just for some time until they stop the mass reports they are doing to you.

I'm sorry I cannot help you even more, but as I said, not even the Xbox official customer support can do anything about enforcement actions.
