    Hi.

    In windows app "XBOX ", I cannot select drive. Drive combobox disbled and "() unknown availble" is displayed.

    "Install" button is also disabled, so I cannot install game.

    If you have any idea to solve this problemo, please help me... X(

    I have the exact same problem since a couple of days. I didnt change anything and it worked before. Youre troubleshooting didnt help. Every other program like Steam Origin, EA desktop App works without a problem.

    Start troubleshooting the issue by running the Windows Update Troubleshooter for Windows 10 (microsoft.com), then follow the steps mentioned here => How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com).

    We also recommend to Update drivers in Windows 10 (microsoft.com) , then Manage your OneDrive storage and limits - OneDrive (home or personal) (microsoft.com).

    Whilst good sound advice it really does not work as this appears to be a bug after update, not sure which one could be windows or the app itself, what worked for me (using the game pass) was to go direct to the Microsoft store and download from there don't use xbox app until game is installed
