Discus and support in tryna install something and it wont work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i wanted to play star wars jedi fallen order but i hit install and nothing happens my internet is fine and i can install other games but i just cant...     i wanted to play star wars jedi fallen order but i hit install and nothing happens my internet is fine and i can install other games but i just cant install it cause nothing happens when i hit it.

    Hi,Braydon ! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

    Try performing a full power cycle

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

    Wait at least 2 minutes

    Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

    Installation Stopped/XBOne Offline

    It appears installing games wont work at all, whether Im connected or not, something obviously goes wrong! Installation stops if im offline, & it Freezes at 0% if im online, Hopefuly they'll make an effort to fix this!?
