    I'm sharing the same difficulties as other posters regarding playing Jigsaw. The game has been hanging/freezing up while playing the game. There seems to be a high correlation with the various popup ads loading or hanging up while loading. Also, noticed
    issue with accumulated point total - was 260,000 now 189,000. The latest is a sign-in issue - can't sign-in; and getting this app no longer available through store message.

    Im in the same boat..

    I called on Thursday night November 28th. They didn't even display the order until November 29th. I was told in the confirmation email that the console will be shipped out within 2 business days.. On Tuesday (the 3rd day) I called xbox.. A lady told me that
    I would definitely have my console by Friday.. I keep looking at the order status and no changes have been made. This is a little ridiculous.. Oh... and.. My problem with the console was that IT WOUDLNT EVEN TURN THE F#$% ON... How is that for PR? Give
    us 700 dollars for an Xbox one, 2 games and a $44 3 year service plan.. and the POS doesn't even turn on... They have until Friday or I'm taking it back and going to buy a PS4.. Yeah, its that bad..
