    First is to restart your device as well as your router in other for your network connection to refresh.

    Please use a different network. Try using a different network environment, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists.

    Next is set a manual DNS, please go to settings> network> network settings> Advanced settings>DNS Settings> Manual.

    PRIMARY DNS: 8.8.8.8

    SECONDARY DNS: 8.8.4.4

    Please give an update after performing the steps.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are having issue with error code E 102. The E error codes are all system errors. This is the software on your Xbox console. If you are unable to access any buttons on the troubleshoot you can try an

    offline update    . If that doesn't work you will most likely need a repair of the console. You can go to

    device support     to see if the console is in warranty and set up a repair.
