In rewards program but purchases never show in program

I'm in rewards program and have been a long time but my monthly statement for rewards never shows the purchases I have made. Please advise how I can get these added.

Xbox Rewards "My Missions" not showing that my purchase is counting towards the Summer Spotlight Mission.

It does take about 96 hours for purchases to be recognized by the program. So a purchase from yesterday would not show up yet. But the program has been having issues tracking purchases for that offer and is working to fix it.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. If the program has tracked your purchases properly, they would show as punches on the punchcard's page, but keep in mind that the credits will not be given until after
all 3 games have been released.

 

The Rewards statements won't list purchases you've made. It'll only list offers you've completed. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order
to receive VIP rebates. If there are any offers you're looking for credits from, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

 

how do I improve my vipstar rating? I thought purchases should add to my rating?

 

Star levels are based on how much you spend in the marketplace each year. Subscriptions, in-game consumables and preorders do not count towards VIP. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions
