At the end of January, I received an email giving me details of the promotion, and I excitedly took advantage of the digital program and bought roughly $100 in games during the promotions run. As it concluded, friends who were also invited received
their codes that added cash to their account, but I never did. I contacted support about this matter, and despite losing my original email about the promotion, was told it should be a non issue and that the Xbox Rewards team could help me. I posted something
nearly identical to this last week, but the team never contacted me, so I was just informed by support today that I should attempt re-posting. If I could have some help here, that would be great, as this has been a pretty frustrating and dissatisfying process

I can move the data from HDD to USB but when I try to put USB to HDD it keeps saying the item cant be transfered to another profile.

Hey LonelyMango3! If any or some of the saved games were offline (not connected to the internet), the only suggestion would be to copy profile along with the saved games to an USB or Memory Unit, since the saved games are offline and already on the hard
drive to play it on the Xbox.

 

If this promotion was tied to Xbox Live Rewards you need to make a post in this forum

G'day Zach. Please make sure that all of your purchases fell within the promotion window: Feb. 18th - March 3rd. Also keep in mind that full games were eligible, but DLC add-ons were not.
