in regards to preordered titles in the xbox rewards program

If and when I preorder a game from the XBL store and it becomes unlocked to me, does it then count as a purchased game and count toward my rewards? Or does it not at any point as it was, strictly speaking, a preorder?

I have not received my15000 points for preordering

I have clearly preordered three titles as part of the rewards program games on demand and still haven't been credited the points as well as I preordered dead rising 4 and final fantasy 15 but its not showing I preordered those titles.

Dear Sir, Madam, I preordered Wolfenstein 2 before it was part of Xbox Live Rewards program, I don't seem to have received points for this purchase, can you please check this?

The program goes by when you make a purchase, not when the game is released. So if you preorder a game it has to be eligible for a specific offer on the site when you preorder it. It will not count towards anything once it is released unless you purchase
it after it's released.

That's referring to the Destiny punchcard offer through the Microsoft Rewards program (preorders did not count for that offer, you had to purchase the game after release), not the Xbox Rewards program. The two programs are different. For the Xbox Rewards
program, the only offer to receive credits for Destiny was the Games on Demand punchcard which involved preordering 3 games.

If you want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to do so through their contact link on their redemption page.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
Rewards support will have to look into it.

Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

The 6,000 points is a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards program offer. For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards program you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Per the terms of that offer, preorders
are not eligible.
