    My name is Mihaela, you may know me as . I have tried many times to change my name in Minecraft, but unfortunately I only succeeded once, and that was two years ago. That is, in 2021.     To clarify, I want to change the name setting on my account, not my gamer tag, I find it ridiculous that the system can't perform a simple check against information which can't be wrong (like your name for a working credit card) or even that there's a possibility
    that the support team can't change something about your account!

    log in to xbox.com with my info but comes up with wrong profile??

    I am listed on my xbox as one gamertag, but when I try to log in on the computer it comes up with a generic gamertag. I can't change anything, and if I try to change the generic tag to my tag on the xbox, it tells me that name is already taken. Also, the
    generic tag does not have any of the games that I play on it. I used to be able to log in with my old tag, but for some reason it has all changed.
