    In Minecraft (for Windows, not Java Edition) my mouse keeps going to my second monitor...


    In Minecraft for Windows (from the Microsoft Store), whenever I move my mouse to move my character around, the cursor which seems to be behind the game, is also moving. Since I have a second screen, the cursor also migrates over there, as well as to the bottom of my main screen (which I play the game on) and reveals the taskbar. I've tried most fixes that people have suggested, none worked. The game seems to be in sort of a borderless windowed mode (I am playing in fullscreen through the game settings) and not an exclusive fullscreen, where the mouse only appears when it needs to. If anyone has a fix, let me know ASAP.

    Also, I just downloaded the game today, so I've always faced this issue.

    Actually, there is a way around the borderless fullscreen (in most games, that is) and that's by going to the game's main file, right clicking and selecting Properties, and in the compatibility tab you can disable full screen optimizations. However, I don't think that's available for Store apps unfortunately.

    Nevermind, found the culprit for those that are looking for a fix. If you have User Account Control disabled, you have to reenable it. I don't know why that had anything to do with it, but it fixed the issue, and it wasn't a borderless windowed issue.

    a lot of games don't have exclusive fullscreen anymore and are borderless, even if they say full screen, the new halo infinite is the same, something you will have to get used too as there is no way around it.

    Windows 10 minecraft and java edition are both two different types of Editions unfortunately you would have to buy the java edition on the minecraft website.
