In game purchase not received

I am trying to use them in Lumber Tycoon 2 but they are not showing up in Lumber Tycoon 2 and are showing in other games inside of Roblox. I just gives the option to buy the roblox not to use them.

With issues like these, there could be many factors that could cause the packet loss issue so it's best to start with basic troubleshooting and work our way up trying different things to start ruling out some factors and narrow it down to the root cause.

I would advice you to uninstall the game and install it again then log out and log in to your account and see if you have the in game purchase.

The only thing you can do is reply to the email that you got saying that the request is denied for any more information on the case.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

If you were referred by a friend to purchase the game you would have received credits. Otherwise, there were no offers to receive credits for purchasing that game at that time.

Sorry to hear that you didn't receive a code for the game. However, the game was given to purchasers of the console randomly and not everyone who purchased one received a copy of it.
