In Game Play, Boots To XBOX Dashboard Randomly.

I bought my used xbox one from Game Stop about I would say April near May. My pre owned system, had call of duty ghosts on the harddrive ready to go. Which was odd, figured they would wipe everything right??

Anyways, I've been noticing while in online matches weather it's Extinction, and or death match scenarios, my game will actually boot me to the main xbox dashboard where i can pick and choose what I want to do with my xbox.

Has anyone else seen this, or experience this. Because, it sucks, when your playing search and destroy and all of a sudden your booted to dashboard.

Could it be little hackers and modders, Doing this to you?

Anyways. I've been told from some kid @ Game Stop, to uninstall, and reinstall, tried that still getting booted back to main Dash. Next, he told me get the CD version of game, and try that. That i haven't tried yet, buying a used copy of the HARDCOPY of
the game, maybe that will help.. Uninstalling the digital version, and loading in the hard cd copy, and then going and downing the digital rip from the store.

Any help would be great

Anyone have problems with games backing out to dashboard?

Battlefield 4 will randomly boot me to the dashboard.....luckily it only happens between matches.

 

Account keeps signing me out

I'm not getting any error. And i have my phone number and an alternate email added to my security info.. I still keep getting signed out of my account randomly when i'm just on the dashboard and also right when i try to play a game it boots me off.

 

I have a new system, and new disk...it happens to me randomly not often, but it is the only game that does it, NEVER happens on Titanfall. I know a few others where it happens, I cant find the thread but someone once mentioned that is was on issue with
the Ghost servers, or when you had a bad connection to the server. Sucks when it happen. Sorry this doesnt help fix it, but youre not alone.
