In game currency refund request

I have purchased many V-Bucks from Epic Games to use in Fortnite Battle Royale, starting from roughly around Febraury 2nd to present. I have been saving vast majority of the V-Bucks to buy skins in the new feature such as the "Raven" which i was not even
able to buy. I have contacted Epic games and received no response regarding this incident. Please resolve this incident.

Sorry for the issue with the V-bucks. As that is in game currency there is a ticket you can submit if you have not received the V-bucks. Microsoft/Xbox has no way of giving them out, due to they are from Epic games. You can request a call back and see what
a support agent can do for you. Any refunds will have to be done through the website

request a refund form.

With some in game currencies refunds are not available, but submitting a request for the game is possible.

You can request a refund for in-game currencies but according to Xbox support: "For single-use items (like consumables and in-game currency), your request is likely eligible only if the consumable was not redeemed or used."

I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). To help you, I would recommend replying to their email.

You can definitely request a refund however, in-game currencies can't be purchased as a gift. You can purchase an Xbox Gift card and send it to them so they can purchase it directly on their account.
