    Hello, all. I am a recent new owner of an Xbox 360 Slim, with the only game I own (or plan on owning) being the wonderful Namco Museum Virtual Arcade.

    For those who need background information, Virtual Arcade is a collection of Namco games, most of them arcade games from throughout the 80s. 9 of them are XBLA titles that can be accessed from the XBLA menu without downloading them so long as the disc is inserted, and the other 25 are "Museum" titles only accessible from the disc.

    It's the "Museum" titles I'm having trouble with. When I'm not signed into a profile, all of them load perfectly fine, but I can't save high scores or settings. If I'm signed into a profile and attempt to play while saving to a storage device, however, none of them load. The game fades to black and stays there forever, forcing me to restart the console. So far, I've tried creating a different Xbox Live profile and using a USB flash drive instead of system storage, but none of those have worked. Currently, I am trying to roll back Xbox Live updates and to make sure my flash drive is properly formatted, but I don't have high hopes for either.

    I'd appreciate if an answer to this problem could be found. I love this game and would love to have the luxury of saving my high scores in Museum mode, since that would give it more replay value. Thank you!

    Try clearing the cache of your Xbox 360 to see if that fixes the issue. Here's how:

    Turn off your Xbox 360 console.

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.

    Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the power cable back into the console.

    Turn on the Xbox 360 console.

    If clearing the cache doesn't work, try reinstalling the game from the disc or from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

    Also sometimes some games won't let you start a party or send invites unless you have the game open and are past the loading screen.

    No. The games won't load until you sign in and download them yourself.

    The COD:AW console did not come with the season pass. Only the game and some bonus content. Unless you bought the season pass separately you won't have it.

    If you did purchase the season pass, it will be tied to the account that it was purchased with. So if, after factory resetting your console, you created a new account, or signed in with a different one, the purchases will not show.
