    I Didn't receive my exclusive flint lock pistol for sea of thieves after watching the live stream on mixer, didn't receive my Sails for playing the beta, nor my explorer pack when I purchased the 3 month Xbox live gold from the Microsoft store. please help
    me resolve this issue.

    Hello, does this message also come with any sort of "Status Code" such as 80072EE2 or 8B010008. Please reply back so we can give you further instructions on how to proceed with this. And also, what portion of XBOX Live is giving you this message.

    The mgs pops up at start-up, so I am pressing the "on" button to cause it. Also it DOES have a numerical status code. It is: oh, its gone now. Good times! Nvrmind!
