In-Game Chat on all games not working sometimes.

Whenever i go into a party, my in-game audio stops working and in order to fix it i have to hard reset my Xbox, this has occured on games like Overwatch, Resident Evil Resistance, Sea of Thieves, GTA 5, Fallout 76, must i go on? I cant be banned because
if i was then i wouldn't be able to talk in Party Chat with Audio but i can, even when i am in the party and i click on go to game chat it switches over, i can hear other people, but it wont let me talk. It has been like this for 3 days now. I would like to
go into party's when i dont want to talk in game chat, and be able to go into game chat from party chat without having to reset my Xbox.

sometimes you have to go through party and select game chat and other times you have to be in game chat before you ever start a party. it is very complicated and some games work differently

Hello George, usually communication problems in group chat or in game can be related to the quality of your NAT, it has to be open preferably.

If you play on console, do the NAT test below.

NAT Test

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Click Profile and system > Settings > General > Network Settings.

Under Current network status, the NAT Type field displays the current NAT type.

"Xbox NAT Types

Your NAT type is determined by the settings or features of the router on the network you are using to connect to the Internet. Your NAT type, combined with the NAT type of other online players, determines whether you can successfully communicate with them in party chat or use multiplayer gaming."

It may not be the headset. See if it works in normal game chat. I've had all kind of problems with party chat. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Loads of crap at the moment with my tb x12's. Have to turn game volume down (in game options) to hear chat. Friends getting feedback. Sometimes will not work at all in chat

I got the stereo headset adapter, did the update on the controller and voice chat only works sometimes! In a private party chat in a lobby it seems to work well enough but the second we get into a game the chat volume is so low and staticky that it may as
well not be working at all. Sometimes I play for a bit and it irons itself out and sometimes it doesn't.

Please note: I've adjusted the chat/game audio balance on the adapter as well as my headset.

Is there an issue that MS is aware of, is there a fix coming down the pipe? It would really be nice if Microsoft just made something that worked for once.
