    I’m being bullied and called very offensive names through in game chat in halo 2. The gamer tag won’t send messages through Xbox live Cuz he knows he will get banned so he says very very offensive things through endgame chat. I have screenshots of what he’s called me and said. I try to contact Xbox and they said to report the messages but I can’t because he didn’t send them through Xbox live only in game. What can I do?

    You can click on the chat and report.

    And they are right you cannot submit pictures the network only takes network data not external data

    It does not matter if it's in-game voice or text chat

    Now.if you already closed it then no it has to be while you are in session

    You were told what you said:

    "issuing threats of network manipulation as a form of harassment towards other players."

    It could of been a message or in game chat.

    Literally already said "Harassment has been going on for other people and myself for months maybe over a year at this point but due to xbox not taking any action on the profile pictures, messages, voice chat etc etc it can not stop." in that are the ways of harassment, "profile pictures, messages, voice chat etc etc".

    Sorry to hear that, but voice chats are never for harassing or abusing anyone. I would have just ignored them.
