    "Hi! Not sure if Microsoft employees see this forum, but on Xbox One I'm experiencing the word "I" (as in speaking in the first person) being censored by Microsoft's filter in games.

    Why is this? It makes no sense and is incredibly frustrating. Not a single message can be sent if you say "I" within it.

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Sorry if this isn't the right area to post this but it is a glaring issue."

    I'm having the same issue as are about 400+ members playing ARK survival evolved. Which happens to be a game pass game.

    Have reached out to the devs as suggested to that person in 2021, the devs have said it's a Microsoft issue and it even impacts them when comes time to enter moderation codes.

    party chat has noise filtering and other enhancements, in-game chat is governed by the actual game, if the devs never placed noise filtering in then you will hear everything.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on chat filters. If the filter is in game, this is the developers chat and is managed by the developer. Example Fortnite is Epic games and their in game chat is on their server. To be honest
    not sure why the word I would be filtered, unless means something bad in a different language.
