In Game Ads causing problems AGAIN

Discus and support In Game Ads causing problems AGAIN in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Not sure who to tell this time but, the in game ads on the Microsoft Sudoku are causing problems again.     In Game Ads causing problems AGAIN


    Not sure who to tell this time but, the in game ads on the Microsoft Sudoku are causing problems again. Some of them work fine, others cause the game to lag really bad and even freeze the game (while the timer still counts). I have already had my laptop
    checked out to see if maybe it was something on it causing the issue but my tech informed me my laptop is fine and that he, and several other customers and friends of his, have been having the same issue.

    The ads are locking up the game.

    Your ads are locking up the game. TAKE THE ADS DOWN UNTIL YOU CAN GET IT FIGURED OUT. If your ads are causing problems, TAKE THEM DOWN!

    Ads cause game to freeze

    Today it is the worst it has been. Glasses USA.com seems to be the problem. It's happening when the small screen goes black, during the ad, and even when the screen is white. I'm also getting booted. I really want to become a paid member but am afraid that
    since the site is so poorly run, that there may be problems, even if I join. It's getting to the point where I am getting totally fed up. It's a shame since it's a really nice site and I like the puzzles a lot. Incidentally, there are no problems on the solitaire
    game site. In MahJong, the tiles get bigger and bigger, even though I have automatic zoom turned off.

    I have been having the same problem for the past week or so. Only the St. Jude ads cause a problem. All other ads play fine and get my back to my game.

    Thanks for the information and yes, let me know if one of the DLC's is causing the problem. You can also try removing your profile and adding it again just to refresh the profile itself to see if that will help.

    Freezing is back!

    There were no problems today - I think that this time the problems may have been caused by a specific ad (which I also haven't seen today. The game shouldn't be this 'fragile'!
