In Dev mode how do I change my privileges

Hi I am trying to talk to my friends in an xbox party while in dev mode playing my emulators and it ya know says I need to purchase live and I even tried setting it as my home Xbox with no luck but I noticed that on the dev mode screen if you go to the home tab than all the way to the right under test accounts and highlight your account you can hit the windowed button and select details to see a bunch of grayed out ticked and unticked privilege boxes and there a bunch ticked for example adding friends and viewing profile are things I can do but some unticked boxes are subscription content and multiplayer sessions meaning i cannot do those things. But they are in a certain format for example

□ XPRIVILEGE_MULTIPLAYER_SESSIONS (254)

Its just its grayed out so i cant just select the boxes and change them as i please. so is there a setting I'm missing to enable these or is this something I would have to find in the system files and enable that way?

Sorry to say but developer mode is not intended to do that.
Developer mode is intended only if you are building apps and games for Xbox consoles
Your console may be banned for this reason.

Emulating consoles or software is not allowed

As you arr using dev mode you aren't allowed online period

Did you not read the terms and conditions ?

Dev mode is supposed to be used for developing games and testing your own developed games not stealing

You would need to email reportapp @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to get reactivated.

You mentioned that you already updated the system but have you gone into the Microsoft Store app and check for updates on your library?

Did you enable the dev mode in your PC?

I have checked updates for other pieces of software, but none needed updated at the time. And I do have dev mode enabled, but I have changed it the other way round. And with no change. I could try again with a better restart doing it manually.
