In Dec 2015 got a 1 year of Gold. Never received a EA access code as promoted.

Hello. In Dec 2015 I got a 1 year of Gold. I was supposed to get a code for a free one year of EA's The Vault via the message center in 10/2016. Never Happened. I really hope here's the right place to get help with this, or please redirectme to wherever
I can go. The wors thing is that according to the promotion's terms and conditions it would expire in Dec 31, which I find a bit frustrating to be honest.

EA ACCESS code not received!

The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.

Free Year of EA Access

I received a promotion in December 2015 saying that if I renewed my Xbox Live Gold for $1 and kept it active until this month that I would receive a free year of EA Access. I originally had issues because it charged me full price for Xbox Live Gold instead
of $1 for the month. It took about a month to get that resolved. I was told I would still be eligible for the EA Access Promotion but have not received anything yet even though my free year is supposed to start this month.
