In asphalt 9 I cannot run multiplayer races

It just sits there searching for quite a while and then come up that it could not find any other players and I should try again later. What is the problem?

Thank you for your reply. For some reason it reset itself without me having to do anything after 2 days. Thanks again

Hi Racing Rog,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

Have you checked your Xbox Live connectivity in your Window's settings? Open your settings and select Gaming and then the last column should test your connection to Xbox Live. If that is okay, then back out and select Apps and then Apps and Features. Find
all Xbox related apps and select Advanced options, then select Reset.

Restart your PC and then try finding a match again. If you still cannot find a match, try re-installing the game entirely.

Asphalt 9 Legends is a Windows 10 only game, hence why you cannot download the game with Windows 8. Check the system requirements on here

Thank you for your inputs Obsessive Power.

To check if its the game specific issue I installed Asphalt 8 Airborne and it ran perfectly using the integrated GPU.

Hence, as you suggested I have un-installed and re-installed Asphalt 9 and all my progress has got synced properly since then.

I am now able run Asphalt 9 smoothly again using the integrated GPU.
