    Cannot subscribe on IOS

    I have downloaded the solitaire collection app on my phone (iPhone 6s) but when I try to purchase a subscription whether I choose "by year" or "by month" the app immediately brings me to an error screen without ever attempting the purchase or asking for
    my password. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

    Solitare Subscription Annual renewal did not work. Cannot purchase new annual subscription

    My solitaire subscription expired 11/28, and did not auto-renew even though card on file is current. Tried to start another annual subscription through in-game purchase, but it tells me I need to uninstall and re-install from the app-store. I have done
    this three times and it still does not allow me to purchase an annual subscription. Keep getting error message telling me to uninstall and reinstall from app-store.

    Windows 10 operating system on a Dell PC.

    Ads are annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions?
