Discus and support In app purchase charged but not received in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased cash for Township two days ago but still have not received it.     Hi ShagunPandey,

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. This does not happen very often, but ultimately it is up to the developers of the game to send you any in-game purchases. This game is not available on Xbox One but I recommend re-installing the game on whatever device
    you play this on.

    If the re-installation does not help, then you will need to contact Playrix Games.

    Was your credit card charged for a second time? If not, then try to purchase the points again. If you were not charged for your 2nd purchase then you were not "paying for points that you did not receive".

    If you were charged already for the preorder you would have received Stick of Truth. However if the Store has not charged you yet, it will shortly before the games launch. Then you will receive the game. Check your purchase history to be sure.
