In app alert when the card will expire don't disappear after the card has been updated

In such case I would recommend removing account and restarting your device. If the issue persists, please contact our live support to check your account from their end.

I don't know about the stamp card, but when i updated to the new version this week the app has been constantly crashing for me. As soon as I'm about to start a workout it will exit to the main xbox one dashboard. The app is unusable, its not just the stamp
card. Please revert the update.

Were you trying to update an expired card? This normally happens when a card has expired and we forget to update our accounts with the new card received in the mail.

All you have to do is call 1-800-4MY-XBOX, speak with a billing agent and they will update your info and that would also lift your suspension.

If it has an expiration date it would be listed on the card. Typically they don't expire though.

When I click sign in nothing happens. I've reinstalled the app and I'm logged in fine on the Xbox companion app. I did have an issue where my payment card for gamepass expired but I've now updated that and the payments been taken. I'm assuming this has something to do with it since it was fine before that happened.
