Improvements to Xbox Achievements and a Playtime Counter I would love to see

I've been playing Xbox for over 10 years now and I feel like there is a lack of incentive to want to 100% a game. As someone who also owns a PlayStation I feel as though the trophy system is a little more rewarding when it comes to wanting to get all the
trophies. They are separated into different tier categories. Now Xbox does a good job on allowing a point system and its something that has been around for over 10 years now. I just wanted to offer a suggestion to improve upon this system. A few years ago
Xbox introduced Gems in its achievement system that is rewarded when you get an achievement that is extremely rare and very few got from playing the game. Now imma create a list below to show how I would like to see it improved.

1. Xbox should add a total gem count so people can see the amount of gems you have collected from playing games and they can see all the rare achievements you have collected

2. Xbox should also a special thing other then a gem for collecting all base achievements of a game. Maybe a chalice cup icon similar to the gem. Then allow for a count so people can see that you have 100% a game on Xbox.

Now people can see how many rare achievements you have collected and how many base games you have completed.

A 3rd suggestion non achievement related is I am a huge PC gamer and a feature I love is that Steam has the ability to see how many hours you have played in a game. It would be amazing if Xbox adds this feature so I can see how many hours I have put into
a game. Ironically when I can see the amount of hours a game has taken from my life it gives me incentive to want to support the game and I usually buy items in its microtransactions stores. I feel this feature would be great so people can see how much of
their lives they have wasted on a video game.

This is just like a dream wish list of things I want Xbox to add to its service. Hopefully others would want the same thing.
