    Improvements to the Elite Controller


    For your future Elite Series 3 controllers can you make the controller capable of at least 1000hz polling rate. The input delay is pretty bad for anyone trying to play something competitive. The latest firmware for the Elite series 2 is capped at 125hz which is 8 times worse compared to your competitors like PlayStation and other 3rd party controller makers. Or is it possible to get a firmware update to the Series 2 controller to make it 1000hz polling rate. Also the Series 2 controllers have stick drift and bumper issues that are widely known in the community and we would appreciate it if y'all could fix it especially since the controller is around $200.

    Microsoft should improve their Xbox One Controllers via quality

    I imagine they will be looking at improving the quality of their regular controllers some time soon, just as they did with improving the Elite controller series 2.

    Thanks for posting your thoughts!

    I get where you're coming from! Competitive play demands a higher polling rate, and a jump to 1000Hz would make a huge difference.

    You should definitely share this feedback through the Xbox Insider Program. Microsoft listens to community input, and the more people speak up, the better the chances of seeing these improvements in future updates or the next Elite controller.

    It definitely has to be the elite just on the weight alone, not even considering the added functionality. My dream controller would be an improved elite controller but translucent reminiscent of the original xbox crystal controller.
