....but when I do hit, heads go flying. Hmmm, is it just me, or do heads go flying a lot more than in prior games? I don't want to say it's disgusting because I've been playing graphic, bloody games for as far back as I can remember, but it seems to be
a "bloody mess" without the "bloody mess" perk.

I like the new levelling and perk system.

    I think it's massively improved.

I Fallout 3 and NV you were practically forced to create characters with high intelligence otherwise you don't get as many skill points at level up. This was made even worse due to the level cap.

Now creating a character with low intelligence just slows levelling up which isn't a problem due to not having a skill point system or a level cap.

The map is actually bigger that Fallout 3. I saw a comparison on the Bethesda forum's, basically it's around a 3rd bigger than F3 and about the same as Skyrim. I think being able to sprint and no big blocked off areas maybe make it feel small in a sense.

  5. Why is it that it doesn't seem that big to me? Skyrim seems insanely huge. It's really the same size? The Museum of Witchcraft looked like it was a days journey from me, but I got there in like 5 minutes. (Then as soon as I got inside I wanted to leave
    again....asap.)

I know what you mean yeah. I think with Skyrim a straight line is never really straight, you always come across something you have to go around. Then I reckon the mountainous views just make it look kind of massive.

  9. I usually never allow myself to drop below the 20% health threshold, but there are several battles that will completely overwhelm you, so it's good to have. There were about 3 times it went into affect before I even realized my health was so low. Some
creatures are way tougher than in Fallout 3 and NV.

But if your intelligence is too low, there are some armors that give you the same effect.
