    Improved xCloud performance using ChileCentral from Chile


    I’d like to share my positive experience with xCloud from Chile, specifically while connecting to the ChileCentral server, which appears to be active even though it’s not officially listed as a selectable region. (I use better Xcloud to test games and server)

    Location: San Pedro de la Paz, Biobío, Chile Games tested: Gears 5, Grounded 2, Forza Horizon 5, Helldivers 2, Call of duty, Halo infinite, Grand theft auto v
    Latency comparison:

    ChileCentral: 35–45 ms average Key improvements observed:

    Faster game startup times, even with Game Pass Ultimate active Reduced input lag in shooters and action games More stable sessions during peak hours Quicker texture and environment loading This performance clearly shows that ChileCentral is technically operational and optimized, even if not yet officially selectable. Enabling it as a visible option would benefit thousands of players in Chile and neighboring regions who currently rely on distant servers like BrazilSouth.

    Suggestion: Please consider making ChileCentral an official server option in xCloud and include it in Insider testing. This would be a major step forward for Xbox’s presence in South America and would greatly improve the cloud gaming experience for users in underserved regions. Also enable Xbox rewards / missions on Chile

    You have to do it from the gamepass app

    Also have to be in an xcloud region

    Best bet check the gamepass list of regions and mind you not all xgu regions support xcloud and are geo restricted for performance

    Just a note.it's best not to use 2 devices via cloud

    Xcloud does.take.a performance hit and doubley.so

    Local.is always better

    Well the thing is you still need your xbox for xcloud

    As it takes most of the proccessing your phone is only a display in No way would a phone ever have enough power to play games with hdr

    Stradia and xcloud relies on cloud proccessing unlike stadia it's not paid service that requires you to buy games stadia requires more bandwidth because you are using google servers for power

    Xcloud uses your local xbox and network and live

    Xcloud only supports a limited amount of titles and gamepass only

    It is upto the publisher to allow it

    Should be noted that games take a significant performance hit using xcloud
