    I am subscriber of Xbox Live and the next bill (08/2015) of my credit card, is consisting charging for MICROSOFT XBOX OFFICE, product or service unknown to me and never wanted to get. Such misappropriation should be canceled.

    for any billing related questions or issues you will have to contact Xbox Support (by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat)

    They are the only ones that can look into the issue and if needed Correct it.

    Not quite sure what you mean but for any billing issues you would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones with access to your billing info.
