Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 so at this point if the card won't work that means it's expired.

1 Because its a giftcard

2 Because MS points are not the currency anymore

3 You bought something off a con artist. Con Artists never give you money back.

It seems like you use a computer and xbox quite often. How were you not aware that "microsoft points" are no longer used? Seriously
