Impossible to turn cortana off...

Cortana used to be turned off on my xbox, but lately she has been activated, dont know how or why, amd is causing havoc with my games she will randomly go and do something stupid like shutdown or sleep mode, or search a random quote and what not, I dont
have a own a insect, and I dont have a mic plugged in most of the time she does this... I want to turn her off, but to do that requires me to restart my xbox, which for some ungodly reason keeps freezing on a gray screen and wont budge, I even left it for
20 minutes and not a pixel changed.

I want to fix this, but have no ideas on how to do it. Any suggestions and help would be great.

"Hey Cortana turn off" works. I haven't tried "hey Cortana turn off the Xbox" yet.

 

Kinect voice commands will not work since cortina installed.

You can turn Cortana off in your System settings then selecting Cortana Settings. Switching her off should give you the old "Xbox.." commands back

Hello Trenton, Currently - we don't have the ability to repair this over CHAT. If you haven't found a solution - try GAME or CEX or even go to a trusted repair store and ask them to have a look at it - maybe the Pins on you AMD are bent or some components
