    Impossible to subscribe


    Hi,

    Since 3 days I can't subscribe to the xbox gamepass ultimate, on my smartphone (galaxy note 10), it's showing that I don't have the right to subscribe to any of the gamepass propositions and on the website the loading never ends when I click on "subscribe
    for 1 euro".

    I have already been subscribed for 1 month in May 2020 without any problem (and I have no amount owing on my account), but now I can't do it...

    I live in France, according to this website https://www.xbox.com/fr-FR/regions it should be available in my country

    Are you in an xgu region?

    Regions dont go by continents but by countries

    And not all xbox live regions are xgu

    An error occured cancelling automatic renewal.

    I pay to use a service therefore I have the right to "complain" so that that service may improve in the future. Not everyone has easy access to a phone like yourself, stop being so thoughtless. It is clearly unethical to make it extremely easy to subscribe
    over the internet but to make it impossible to unsubscribe the same way. Whether I am lazy or not is irrelevant.

    Microsoft offers a wide variety of games each month at various discounts for XBL Gold subscribers. Its impossible to add all games to each months sale but there is usually a broad selection to appeal to various types of gamers.

    New backwards compatible titles are expected to be announced soon but it would be purely speculative to try and guess what games are going to be released with that batch.
