    I am unable to subscribe to the gamepass, converting my live gold subscription even redeeming a code.

    there's nothing we can do.When you subscribe to Ultimate it converts Gold to gamepass ultimate. If you cancel ultimate, you'll also lose your gold subscription. You'll have to buy a new gold sub.

    Hey there :)

    First you should stop your Game Pass Ultimate subscription... then you can subscribe again to Xbox Live Gold!

    Otherwise the system will always convert the Xbox Live Gold into Game Pass Ultimate...

    GamePass Ultimate converts all your remaining time from Gold to a single subscription, so if you do the conversion, you will have Gamepass and Live Gold for the entire remaining Gold period.

    I understand where you’re coming from, but regardless to whether you use the PC Gamepass or not, GPU is cheaper than a Gamepass Subscription and XBL gold seperately, so why not just upgrade? Plus - if you have existing gamepass or xbox live gold time prepaid
    it will just convert 100% of that time to GPU (as long as its on your account beforehand - adding gold or gamepass prepaid after converting does a lower ratio).
