    I never opted in for preview dashboard, yet xbl says i'm in it

    bump. this transaction is still stuck on my account! i can't subscribe to eso plus until it is removed.

    ESO plus not working.

    My ESO plus subscribe from Elder scrolls online is not working even tho i payed for it.

    We've lived together for 5 years. So it is my household. Also I'm not trying to share any DLC, we're trying to be able to BOTH subscribe to ESO Plus. She doesn't have the option to purchase the subscription through the Microsoft store.

    Heya iiPinkBunni.

    Definitely understand the frustrations with this. Sounds like there may have been some confusion with this. For subscription issues such as this Phone/Chat support will be able to best help out. To check, did Bethesda recommend a refund on the subscription
    and then a repurchase?
