Impossible to recover Mojang account with Minecraft purchased.

Each time I try to log into my Mojang account on their official website, to download and play Minecraft it constantly gives out an incorrect password message and attempting to request a password reset no email is being sent. This has been a persistent problem for approximately the past 4 years.

It's not a problem with the email considering I can send and receive emails and don't have Mojang on a blocklist and It's not a problem with the account specifically as I've purchased Minecraft of 2 separate accounts and experience identical issues.

As this problem has been unsolved and Mojang has made no efforts to help me over the past 4 years this is my only hope left to recover at least one of these accounts, should this attempt fail I'm left with no other alternatives than to accept my money has been stolen, twice, and resort to pirating the game.

I can make a new microsoft account with the same email but will that make it impossible to recover my minecraft account?

That’s odd because if this is the Minecraft for Windows it will be purchased through Microsoft Store. The Minecraft that can be purchased through Mojang is Minecraft Java Edition.

Kindly make sure that you’re signed in under the account where the Mojang account was migrated. Please try other Microsoft accounts as well.
