    I have been losing my mind trying to get help from Microsoft. It is extremely frustrating. Here’s my issue…

    A month ago I called support & requested a replacement controller for my Xbox elite series 2. Since I have gotten many replacement over the last year or 2, it showed that my controller wasn’t under warranty. I had to email them my receipt of the 3year extended warranty that I had purchased back in 2020. This took ”the escalation team” a week to transfer the warranty to my current controller so we can initiate the replacement process.

    After shipping my controller & receiving the new one, it blew my mind to realize that the new controller they shipped me was broken OUT OF THE BOX. As I try to call them back it is impossible to get any help. They keep doing the same thing over & over again. They try reach their “escalation team” and tell me to wait 24-72 hours for them to supposedly transfer my 3year warranty to the new replacement controller so we can initiate the process again. However they never do anything nor get back to me with any update whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating and such a waste of time trying to call them & explain my issue over & over again. Whenever I request to speak with the manager they say he is in a meeting & will get back to me. Obviously this never happens & just some more games they keep playing me with.

    How hard is it to get a replacement controller that isn’t broken? They make this entire process extremely difficult and a waste of time. I am starting to give up as I have been trying to contact them everyday with zero success. I hope this message reaches someone that can help me. I’ve emailed support 3 times on separate occasions of a picture of my extended warranty so they can link it to the new controller so it can be replaced, but obviously they never do anything & leave me hanging alone.

    I hate to say this but Microsoft has by far the worst customer support I have every experience in my life. I have wasted literal days if not weeks of my life trying to contact them. No one seems to care to help their customers. They should be ashamed from the top - down on how they operate their company. It is an absolute joke how complex they make simple issues. I will never do business with you guys again. 0/10 is the rating I would give Microsoft. I am still waiting to hear back from multiple of your managers, escalation teams, and support agents but they all seem to be in meetings, sleeping, or nonexistent. What a shame. Such a pathetic company. Just send me my email with the shipping label so I can move on with my life.

    If you put your reading skills to the test you will see that I clearly wrote that above^^^^^^

    You are exactly the perfect representation of Microsoft.... being of zero help. What a joke you are. I have been waiting for a response back from your mangers but they are all in meetings and do not return calls. Please check my account and look into my cases. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been contacting you guys for a month now. I keep getting led on and played with. How difficult is it to get a replacement controller that works out of the box???????

    I have emailed you guys images of my receipt that shows that I have 3 year extended warranty on my controller. It keeps taking your hardware team centuries to transfer it to my current controller.

    I need help. I am going crazy trying to contact you guys. I will never do business with you guys again. Ever.

    I am waiting to hear back from your team.

    Do your job please and actually help me, not tell me to contact your team.

    This is a community based forum. We do not work for Microsoft so we can't look into your case. Unfortunately, all you can do is continue to try to work with support directly.
