    Impossible to play online (Trackmania, rocket league) despite i'm Xbox live Gold member


    Hi

    I'm XBox Live GOld Member (--> november 2018) and when I try to play online with some games (Trackmania / Rocket League), XBox send me to a page to buy a new subscription.

    I restarted the Xbox and it's the same.

    Can anybody (or Xbox Support crew) help me please ?

    Play Rocket league for free right now until e3 starts

    Through sunday download rocket league for free on xbox one! I was surprised when it let me download. Didnt see this one coming! Gotta love the free play days! And dont forget as an xbox live gold member, all next week play every vault game from ea access for free! Just download the app!

    Hi! Like for every other game, Xbox Live Gold is required in order to play Rocket League online. You can still play any other mode without Xbox Live Gold that doesn't involve online matchmaking. I'm not sure if you're eligible for a refund in this case (as
    you own the game for about a month and have played several hours as it seems) but you can still try to by reaching out to Xbox Support.

    If you've purchased a Gold subscription a few hours ago, you need to wait.

    Alternatively try deleting the profile from the console and re-download it again.

    I heard Rocket League is to become free to play. Will Xbox Live Gold still be required for online play?.
    You'll still need Xbox LIVE for online play regardless of whether or not a game is free-to-play. For example, Fornite is free-to-play but you have to have LIVE in order to play it. Hopefully this helps you out AP. :)
