    Hello,

    I am a french consumer

    I had to renew my xboxlive subscription but my debit card just expired so I couldn't pay my xboxlive subscription. So I enter the information of my new debit card (which expire nox in 2020) and when I try to pay, the website validate the order but it seems
    that it's not working at all because I got multiple emails from xbox saying that they got some problem to debit my account. In addition I can't delete my former debit card from the website. So can I have help please because it's completely stupid! My debit
    card works totally!

    You know what else is stupid? The fact that I can't use money in my account to buy another xboxlive membership. I pay for a subscription with cash at Walmart but I apparently cash is frowned upon online. Shady shady shady.
