Impossible to launch a game in xbox app

when i try to launch a game, my pc open microsoft store to install "games service".

i already re-install the app.

If someone have an idea ?

I forgot to add that it is impossible to launch the app. After receiving the described notification I get kicked to the dashboard...

Same here. Different code (0x409) 0x80070422 but same problem. A few weeks ago the app was running great. Now I can't access to the xbox app on win10. Can't launch any of my games at all (solitaire, forza apex, minecraft,)...so the result is that it's impossible
to enjoy any Microsoft games on my PC (core i7 3700k, GTX980ti 16gb ram)

you can pre install on the xbox app but there seems to be an issue that makes it impossible to play and install new games on the xbox app
