Impossible to join/create a club

Hello everyone,

I decided to create a club in game (FH4) but an error occurred.

So I told a friend to create it, and it worked. So inevitably he invited me to join. Always the same.

I decide to go see on Xbox, I click on accept, and I get this message:

"Change your settings to do this, The way your account is set up prevents you from doing this." Go to your privacy and security settings online at xbox.com to change that. "

Oh, weird ... especially since there is no other information ... Going to see these settings, well I notice that everything is OK, whose setting join or create a club. So I do not know at all I would like to solve this problem ...

How can I join a club?

Whenever I try to join or create a club on xbox one it says I need to go to my settings to change it so i can join but in my settings it says i can join and create clubs when I want to

 

up I search fix since 2 days u_u

 

I got the same problem, and when I go to Privacy and security settings I just get an error message that the site that I'm trying to go to does not exist.

Is the account a part of a Microsoft Family as a child? What
device is being used when trying to join a club? Also, aside from in game Clubs, is it possible to create a club on the dashboard instead?

I found a way around to get to the page that showed me the settings tab so I could see if I could Join/Create Clubs. It was turned on Allowed but I still can't Join/Create any clubs. All this is done on the Web browser/ xbox-app on Windows. I have even
tried turning on and off my computer to see if the settings updated.

(i'm on PC, w10)

No, but before i was part as child.
Now i am 20 years old and i had to remove the family system because i was not configuring in adult. I do not know if the problem is due to that.

1) i tried in game (Forza Horizon 4) no success

2) i tried on xbox app W10, no success (it said the confidentiality message)

3) i tried on android app xbox, no success again, same message.

And on the website too but when i click on accept to join, nothing appear.

All of this is for join OR create.

Unfortunately joining and creating clubs for Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox App on Windows 10 or in-game when playing on the PC is a known issue that has been addressed by the developers.

As of right now, we just need to wait until the developers push out a patch or a hotfix for this. It does not seem to be affecting users on the Xbox One all too much, just users on PC using the Xbox App.

I hope this gets resolved quickly as others out there are experiencing the same problem.

While the game that is experiencing the most difficulties with clubs on the Xbox app on Windows 10 is Forza Horizon 4, I have seen others say they can't join or create any club on Windows 10. It may be related, but from what I've seen it's FH4 that most
people are having issues with relating to clubs.

All the posts I've seen about this issue start with Forza as an example of where they were trying to join/create a club. For your case however since it's for any game and you've tired it on different platforms along with confirming your settings are set
to allow everything from Xbox.com, I would recommend
Reporting the problem to Microsoft through the Feedback Hub app on your computer.

It also wouldn't hurt to get in contact with
Xbox Support to see if there is anything they can do to help as on forums we don't have any tools to correct this issue.

Nothing. Yep support just can't understand the problem isn't me or the game.

I still can't join or create any club.

I did age verification too, nothing fixed.

So, now, support don't reply, haha. Oh, no wait, he just closed the service request on my problem haha...

What i'm supposed to do ? Contact again and again support ? Haha...

We have found a workaround that seems to be resolving the issue, go ahead and create a new
Microsoft Account and add the current account to it through the

Family tab, once that is done, from the new adult account modify the
Privacy settings. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other issue or inquiry!
